The American artist Don Ed Hardy is known for is apparel and accessory brands which feature his unique tattoo work. With its Ed Hardy brand, the artist went into a variety of products, such as, computer accessories, keychain, mobile accessories and energy snacks. Its tattooed collection of electronic gadgets now includes 5 new varieties of stereo earphones; 2 over the ear phones and 3 in-ear earphones.
The five Ed Hardy earphone products feature its famous skull and bones, and tiger designs. The Tiger Stereo headphones is fitted with a 40mm speaker driver, 20-20KHz frequency response, 32 ohms impedance, 1.2m TPE Cable and a gold plated 3.5mm plug. On the other hand the Tiger earbuds has an 8mm diameter speaker, 32 ohm impedance, 1.3 cable length, and 20-18 KHz frequency response.
The Ed Hardy earphones is said not to give that superior sound offered by other well-known brands in the headphone industry. However, buyers are expected to get one because they are, either fans of Ed Hardy, or, they find the designs appealing on headphones. Basically, buying the earphones is more of a fashion statement rather than getting the best sounding earphones out there.
The two over-the-ear headphones costs $66 and has two colors; red and blue. The in-ear headphones come three colors, namely red, black and gold, cost $29 each and include microphones.
