Nokia launches the 801T for China AND Review, Specifications and Price details India US UK

Nokia has officially announced the launch of its new phone- Nokia-801T. Nokia made 801T official via itsChinese blog. What makes Nokia 801T different from its other handsets is that it comes with an antenna. That is to say it enable users to receive signals to watch television on their handset.

The device seems to be running on Symbian^3 operating system and features a 4-inch screen. It comes strapped with the TD-SCDMA network. It sports NFC functionality as well as per My Nokia Blog.

The pricing details are not yet available and the handset is available only in the Chinese market as of now.

  It is a TD-SCDMA network device. The most attractive feature of Nokia 801T is the attached TV antenna. The smartphone will be the first Nokia device with a telescopic TV antenna. The antenna will allow users to see TV programs directly from TV signal without interfering the mobile network. The phone will be having NFS connectivity and is packed in a unique metallic body.
  Hardware:
  Nokia 801T is powered with ARM11 680MHz processor and runs on Symbian^3 OS. It also has 200 MHz  GPU processor, 2D/3D Graphics HW Accelerator with OpenVG1.1 and OpenGL. Other sensors are like Accelerometer Sensor, Ambient Light Sensor, Compass (Magnetometer Sensor), Proximity Sensor, A-GPS and ambient lighting and compass.

  It is carrying 4inch clear black LCD display gives you wonderful viewing experience.
  Memory:
  It has inbuilt 8GB memory and can be expanded upto 32GB via micro SD card slot. Nokia 801T is also providing 256MB RAM for better performance.
  Camera:
  It has got amazing 8MP Primary Camera with auto focus and LED flash, gives you bright photo even in dim lights. It also has secondary camera  but the resolution of the camera which is VGA helps you for video calling.
