Handset Review: Nokia 701

Nokia in its quest to provide cheap and daringly amazing phones has launched another phone and named it as – Nokia 701. Nokia, Apple and Samsung recently inked a deal in which they all agreed to provide cheap phones to their customers and according to that deal, Nokia recently launched cheap phones like Nokia 100 and Nokia 101, Samsung launched Samsung Galaxy Q and Apple is about to launch the cheaper version of iPhone 4. The Nokia 701 is not a product of that deal but a product to show that Nokia still exists in India and it can challenge any big firm. The features of Nokia 701 with price goes like this

The Nokia 701 weighs 131 grams and measuring 117.2 × 56.8 × 11 mm . And therefore a very compact and handy device, consisting primarily of plastic, except for the battery cover that is anodized aluminum fine workmanship, an element that has that little extra to the terminal. The design is identical to that of the stylish Nokia C7, but thanks to the Symbian series of Belle looks even more attractive.

In front of the device, there is camera, proximity sensor and the three physical buttons, two for calls and the middle button that allows you to access the phone menu and also serves as a notification LED, lighting up when the phone is in standby and flashing intermittently when we have a missed call or message.

On the right side sits two buttons for volume control, the button to activate voice commands, the slide to lock / unlock the screen and then dedicated to the key the camera.
